Coaching

Online personal training is a personalized coaching experience delivered through a digital platform. You receive a custom training plan designed specifically for your goals, fitness level, and available equipment — and you stay connected with your coach through regular check-ins, progress tracking, and exercise feedback.

How It Works

1. Fitness Assessment

Every client begins with a detailed online intake and movement assessment. This helps identify mobility restrictions, muscular imbalances, and training history so your program can be built around your body and goals.

2. Customized Training Plan

You receive a structured training program designed specifically for you. Your plan includes step-by-step workouts, exercise video demonstrations, sets, reps, tempo, and rest guidelines, plus progressive programming to ensure continued improvement.

3. Train on Your Schedule

Workouts are delivered through an easy-to-use training app so you can train whenever it fits your schedule. Whether you're at home or in the gym, your program travels with you.

4. Weekly Coaching & Feedback

Each week you'll check in with your coach to review your progress, ask questions, and receive feedback on exercise technique. Clients can upload videos of their exercises to receive coaching and corrections.

5. Program Updates

Your training plan evolves as you improve. Programs are adjusted regularly to keep you progressing while reducing risk of injury.
